ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) on Monday advised students to get admission in recognised and registered medical and dental colleges only.
According to a PM&DC official, all students could check the list of registered and authorised medical and dental colleges from PM&DC website.
He said that any medical or dental institution not registered with PM&DC is not allowed to train students.
He added by saying that all the institutions which were advertising admissions of medical and dental college must follow the seat allocation system prescribed by the council in order to avoid any inconvenience in future.
He said that passed out medical and dental graduates without having students registration with PM&DC will not be registered as medical and dental practitioners.
He said that if any person has a problem regarding their case or any other matter related to admissions of medical and dental colleges can contact the president PM&DC or PM&DC council members on the given email president@pmdc.org.pk.
He added by saying that the names of medical and dental college whose admissions have been barred and the colleges which are under litigation were available on PM&DC website.
