DADU: A large number of inhabitants of village Bari of Kachho area in taluka Johi held a protest rally on Thursday against a police official and his brother.
Ghulam Nabi Leghari stated Gulshir Leghari and his brother Mohammad Amin Leghari are forcing them to migrate from the village otherwise they will be killed or arrested in fake cases by the area police.
He said police of Dadu district had raided their houses, tortured women and children and threatened them to vacate the village.
He said that Mohammad Amin Leghari wants to occupy their agricultural land (200 acres). They appealed to Sindh’s chief minister to direct IGP Sindh and SSP Dadu to take action against local police officials.
